Some time in the next two years there's going to be a Brazilian version of The Everafter. Wish I knew more, but as if right now, that's all I know! More when there's more to know!
So sorry I didn't catch this earlier, Sydney!!! Here's a hint you can take in to your teacher after the fact, and wow her! You can tell her the author said that at least 1/3 of the objects Maddy loses are actually symbols. And the references to all of Emily Dickinson's poems are something called literary allusions.
